Openbox(skybox) upgrade via network

Already i tried almost everywhere where i can found the files to do this..

I try via ftp and nothing .. failed
I want upgrade my boxes via internet ..already i saw . but i don,t know where i can found the files..

download latest image .abs to pc move to a fat32 formatted usb pen drive upgrade via usb if its not showing type 6666 to unhide

I have a version of this box (Solomend) and the only way I know how is to flash the latest image using a usb memory stick.
