Does anyone know how to decode or unscramble channels?

My grandma wants to watch the greek channels but that are all scrambled, how do we go about this?
And while your here, how about foxtel as well.

? As far is I know Greek channels is closed since laste summer ? So please tell us the magic trick to open greek channels ?

Τhere are many privat channels on Eutelsat 3D 3.1E,scrambled BISS system,but easy to open with popular (Biss-keys).
U need a satellite receiver,that can put inside it Biss-keys,and can watch them Like FTA.
