itgate tgs 200 aide moi ( help me )

bonjours j'ai un itgate tgs 200 mon problème est le suivant je n'arrive pas a faire un backup de mon bouquet et aussi a mettre a jour mon récepteur , je le prend avec un câble rs232 et rien ne se passe il me marque "pc is not responding will retry key(-1)" aidez moi je ne comprend pas et je n'arrive pas a savoir si le récepteur et bien connecter a l'ordi .
