Thank you for your post.

I have a STR (Star Track) HD 2015.

Can you please let me know where i can get the latest software for Ali 3602? I am using it to get Astra 28.2e and 19.2e channels?

At the moment i am getting only a few chanels on 19.2e and not the Canal Sat (French Channels such as Canal + Action, Frisson, etc...) channels which i want. I believe that this is due to my box not having the latest software like Mediguard 3, etc...

I am wondering if there is any chance of inputting these keys (Mediaguard 3, Viaccess, Irideto 3, etc..) manually in the box. If yes, can you PM the list of keys/Encryptions.

Please please please help.

Yeah very strange one this. I have CANAL PLUS sport including the HD one working in my TM5402 but no other TNTSAT channel working. There are no keys in CAS menu for TNTSAT so where is CANAL PLUS getting the keys to open then???

Working this morning Canal + Sport, got into the late afternoon, gone down. When I did have it, no other channel open accept for Canal + Sport, must agree that was a strange one, considering had no keys in the cas menu. But Canal + Sport gone down anyway, wonder if we get another key on here soon, now that is the question. ???????
