Transfer done deals: Premier League, Sky Bet EFL and European completed transfers for the 2023/24 season
    By Sporting Life
    10:08 · MON August 14, 2023

A full list of all completed signings in the 2023/24 football season with details of the confirmed deals from the Premier League, Sky Bet EFL and Europe.

When does the summer transfer window open?
For Premier League and Sky Bet EFL clubs, and most clubs across Europe, the summer transfer window reopened on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.

Several deals had already been announced by then, but players could only officially move on this date - most notably England midfielder Jude Bellingham completed his move from Borussia Dortmund to Real Madrid.

When does the summer transfer window close?
In England and Scotland, the transfer window closes at 23:00 BST on Friday, September 1, 2023.

Across Europe, the other major leagues are using the same date but will close their windows at varying times that are currently unconfirmed.

The Netherlands (August 31), Turkey (September 15) and Portugal (September 22) are all using different dates for the end of their summer window.

Can clubs sign players outside the transfer window?
Even when the transfer window closes, players who are unattached will still be able to sign for clubs.

Beyond September 1, there will also be some leagues still open for business. Clubs in those countries are able to sign players from leagues whose own transfer window is closed.
