Dreambox: Bouquet Wizard

Hi everyone . I am new to the server

I have used Bouquet Wizard recently because it is a nice program.
But i have a problem with it.
When i upload the favourites i have created with the program my dreambox says that the channel cant be found for a lot of the channels in the bouquet. (even though i can open the same channels under "providers")

Does anyone know what i am doing wrong ? I am using King of Sat to download the service lists.
