Today my Protek 9700HD that runs my 1.2 meter dish has just stop and is stuck on an Spanish channel and I am unable to even go to the menu or change any channel.

The power light seems to be off but the other 2 green lights at the front are on. The Protek is connected to a VII technomate motor. Sometimes, instead of the scramble bar the long box appears with the word "ns" ???

I have disconnected all my equipment and start again but all to no avail.

As soon as I try to move the channel or try to go to the menu with the remote control the Protek is totally stuck and freeze!

I think that this happen after a power cut.

Does anyone knows a good repair person or where to send the receiver?
