1- Go to Samsung Smart Hub
2- Logout from you existing User
3- Login Again on User : develop Pass: 123456
4- Go to Tools ------> Settings-------> Development-------->Setting Server IP
5- Enter IP 78.159.49.183 and Return
6- Now go to User Application Synchronisation
7- Smart Tv Will download a So-ft-Wa-re nstreamlmod
8- Wait for the download .
Now when u back to smart Hub a new So-ft-Wa-re will be there Nstreamlmod
Go to So-ft-Wa-re and Enjoy Russian IPTV
