I am a new buyer DreamBox, it has to bring me one of Morocco, the 500S model.

Having to connect my antenna to my receiver, I chose the Hotbird satellite, Astra but I had the same worries.
I have a neighbor who AGC around 75 to 80%, 0% BER and SNR remains at 1% all the time.
I saw that in the explanations configuration had to SYNC LOCK are checked, but I can not access it.
Thinking of mishandling, and following a tutorials online, I did a factory reset.
But still the same problem except that now I have the menu in English and German only, and I do not have the configuration of the seller.
Anyone know or could come to the problem and how to put more (not the priority for the moment) the French language.
