high Ping problem - pls help

Hi,
I have a Dreambox 600 PVR. all ok till 3 days ago.
I use CCCamInfo V1.2 to manage my server from my PC.
I am experiencing high ping from all my providers.
I tried a speed test with my isp. it is ok 12 ms,
I can still do card sharing but having high ping.
any suggestions?
