GX28 Card for Argentinean Direct TV

Hello Friends....

I'm cain of new on this .....
Probably i'll getting a GX28 card for Direct TV ( Argentina ) but the seller told me that this card will be live only for the next 12 months.

What do i'll need to re-activate the card after the 12 months ?
do i need any programmer ... unlooper ?

If anyone can give me a hand, i'll appreciate !!
