yes there is a plugin which calls dflash and you need to have the usb stick connected into usb port where the image will be saved
that dflash can be downloaded through plugins menu or manually but depends on image you have installed on your box

...a problem: dreambox 500 hd has a little-usb port; How can connect the usb stik?
