Help needed to update a X-Cam Platinum

I Have a X-Cam Platinum P/N: 04104 Ver 1.2P, CAS3+Plus, ORIONxx, 2.01firmware.
How to update the cam to firmware 3200.

Cas3+Plus crushes when I try to send a *.bix file.
Programmer never send any file a all.

Any help please....
