notice there is not much chat about technomate recently so lets get chatting and help each other about this little set i suppose there is a fair bit yet to learn. so lets get chatting i got technomate 1500 and i have a question .i was told that if i put the latest dragon cam inmy reciever it might confuse or harm the one that is built in is that true.

you can switch off the patch using the code 2004 on the remote,if you go to menu/system information press ok and press 2004 there,press the same numbers to renable the patch,i'm using dragon cam just now with the same receiver as yourself,with the patch disabled.
haven't noticed a recent patch in the past fortnight for the technomate which is why i got a dragon cam.
