"How to decrypt Fox Sport on Eutelsat W2 with Progdvb?"

iīm reading and trying for about two days but i canīt get it to work
Is there anybody who can help me with this?
Which files do i need for Progdvb. I copied everything i found into the plugin folder, but nothing worked.
