Problem with Al Jazeera Sport +6,+7,+8,+9, and +10 frequency on Nilesat. Help

But are the channel of Al Jazeera Sport on Nilesat at frequency 11449 , Horizontal, FEC 5/6, Symbol rate 27500 in HD or normal ? Why I have not an HD Decoder and it gives me failed search on my decoder.
On the Nilesat frequency 11958MHz the Al Jazeera Sport +6,+7,+8,+9,+10 has worked for me, but since 26th december 2013, Al Jazeera Sport chenged the frequency to 11449MHz, Symbol rate 27500 FEC 5/6, Horizontal.
Does for you work Al Jazeera Sport +6,+7,+8,+9,+10 on Nilesat with frequency on 11459MHz?

Hi,
I resolved tihis morning the problem on Nilesat frequency 11450MHz, Horizontal, Symbol rate 27500, FEC 5/6 for receive Al Jazeera Sport Channel +6,+7,+8,+9 and +10 .
The problem was the pointing of my Dish 125cm. I resolved turning the Dish a little on the right. Thanks to all.
