allimoz if u got the stuff or better..u need a serial rs 232 and u need the last software and the stb looder all u need is to connect the serial into recierver and to open the loder open the software and download software pc>>stb and the end....

I need to know if it has a new firmware for it? And does the new firmware open viaccess 2 (TPS) and nagravision 2?

Now i need to put password each time I change channel !!!!!

Do you have any solution to remove this password.
And do you know the password for parental lock ?

I find 987600 for activate channel but for parental lock nothing.

Hello, i found the same prob when i upgrade my X550 super to the V339 !!
but i found partial solution !!!!! the password is 345300 look here http://www.satsupreme.com/upload.php...nload&id=41730

once the passwoede entered u can acces to the menu . thes enter to the "parental code section" with the same pass which is 345300 & change it to "0000" for exemple ! & put off all setting like"menu block"....ect

but 1 huge prob remain !!!!!!!! the "input code" section is hidden & i didn't found it !!!!!!!

i i returned to the last good & stable version which is the v333. cause the V338 is auto SRG but when u enter an AES key the receiver didin't store it ! & there is & prob of sound.
For me the V333 is the best version for the moment

I hope they will fix all of this with the next version

I am curios, have you tried the Truman clone(TM-100 I think) for your SR-X550D?
I don't know if v339 of Truman soft, has the same problems...
