can not connect

Can not connect any program (for example: dreambox edit) with my dreambox 7020hd v2 to change the channel list , because is always message:

Could not login to Dreambox. Check username and password.
Disconnecting.
Disconnected.

I do not know what to do and how to check username and password (defoult is allways : root and dreambox)?
can not do any operation like to change channel list , add some plugins etc.!?
please help!!!!!!

The password isn't dreambox mabye?!You have changed it and don't remember it or someone else has change it?!
Here is a guide how to change it back to dreambox
