can anyone tell me bulsat is working or not? if yes, which tm softcom and which patch? thanks

can someone help, I use to open viaccess on Thor with this softcam, but it does not. I am not sure if I am using this correctly, so can anyone help me understand how these softkey works, which sat is it for or which transmitter? I really could do with some help and advise.
