Some clients complain I don't connect them, but my oscam shows connected..

The last days I have troubles with some clients complaining I don't connect then.
They say I don't connect and don't send back any cache to them. But when I look in my oscam I see i am still connected and i am still pushing cache.

Maybe someone does know how to solve this problem ?

I have had a simular problem, i saw that i was connected, but the counter for send cache did not move. so connection ok, but no cache exchange. maybe you have the same problem.

Yes it's same problem. Seems to be a bug in oscam...
