Hello, i have problem with Dragon Module, my problem is: on some scramble package channel eg, Polsat, Cyfra, or D+ when i go to these channels my receiver goin in black screen but the black isin't only for scramble channel also if i visit free channel like Mediaset or RAI in the same time they're still black 100% on every channel at my receiver. I need to restart my receiver to see again free channel RAI or Mediaset.
To save my receiver from restart i must to not goin on channel scrambled if i not have key to open them.

i not know what's goin on with my receiver but i'm so tired with this situation, only if i found key for d+ or cyfra i can save receivers from restart. My module Dragon inside receivers is updated to 3.62, but i have this problem since 3.20

basically 85% of scrambled channel block my receiver in black screen and i lost also all free channel in the same time.


Receiver SUPER LAZER 50000 latest software
Dragon Module Predator 3.62 latest.

PS. i found one day dragon module disable from menu and everything worked great, but when dragon showed up again on menu problem started again.
can i disable my dragon module? from what i see on his config not exist any options for disable it.

Did the dragon cam work with your receiver at any stage? If no, than it's not compatible with your receiver. I know for sure that dragon cam on Echostar 2300 needs rebooting on channel zap...it's not compatible with it.....this could be the problem

dragon cam open dragon <- like this on channel menu, "menu" mean on the table that said quality of signal, channel name and the rest... only when i put the correct key for D+, RAI ASIA/AFRICA or others..., when i restart my receiver dragon info on channel menu gone, and not see anymore...
but with and without that info dragon on channel menu, my receiver always work bad and crypted channel and next to clear.

I only see information about my dragon version on receiver menu on module and interface zone, over there i read and see information about dragon version and his configuration.

I do not know if i explain ok, and you understand, but the problem is too complicated damn:(

exist any chance to disable dragon module from receiver? or can i change with any other module like Diabolo?

maybe you had right, my receiver isin't compatible for dragon, but let me know if can i change my dragon to any other module to avoided the problem. how are chance?
