Has anyone got one of these to work for the Clarke-tech recivers???

to load the soft cam and firmwear. but we have not yet seen a tps
update for a few weeks but keep trying.
I am trying to use clarke-tech with official Viaccess 2.4 card. But it works occasionally. I am using firmware 137p. Which firmware should I load?
Is it a problem with 137p firmware?
Any help appriciated.
