MEZZO left 12245 on Hotbird . Apparently they are still operating on 11623 with the same encryption (Via 2.3). Are the code of this provider available? Do you know if I can open it with an EMU?

Hi Mezzo is working fine on Hotbird...keys have not changed for many years. i dont get the channels in London on 5 west or 16 east so cannot tell you if they are working.
