I have small server, with two HD full local cards:

1.Bulsatcom HD[4AEE,5581][v.1] + HBO HD, HBO Comedy and Cinemax[all options](39E) - 96ms local ECM time!

2.Redlight Elite HD[0500][v.4] 12 channels with Redlight HD, Hustler HD and SCT HD(13E) - 242ms local ECM time!

The server is very stable, with low ping fiber optic internet conection and UPS!
