French develop EPG for Google Glass

googleglass-tdfFrench developer Dotscreen, broadcast facilities company TDF, and TV magazine Télé Star have launched a TV guide for Google Glass.

When watching a television programme, the guide automatically recognises the content thanks to TDF’s SynchroScreen audio fingerprinting and shows information about the programme on the glasses. The application also allows the viewer to see all tweets connected with the programme.

The TV guide for Google Glass is an extension of the Télé Star guide for Android and iOS smartphones, which is also supported by TDF and developed by Dotscreen.
