i have a truman 150 ultra but i can't donwload .rar only .bin and it does'nt work if you can help me thanks

My Truman was updated when it was bought last july 2006.
I have Loader Ver 1.0.7. I would like to know how you can access the key menu with the remote and then where do I go from there to put in the codes to decode hotbird stations manually. I already have some decoded from when I bought it but want to decode some more stations. Please HELP! Checkd the whole forum and can't find any info!

Ok, i'm a little lost right now.
I haven't updated my truman (the updates are always done by the rs232 port since i don't have the net at home) 150 since july because i was in holiday.
Now i'm back and when i look into the firmware thread, i see 3 or 4 differents files for my receiver for the last 2 days.

I think it runs the firmware 3.3.72 and for the loader, it's the 1.0.7.
So, which file must i take ?
