Oscam : How to know the last time a server have been online (like with cccaminfophp)

Hello,
I'm new to oscam, and i search how to see the last time a server have been seen online, to identify good peers, and bad peers...
With cccam and CCCAminfophp, it was simple, it was a column, with this information (after 3 days offline, a server was notified "offline"), but with oscam webif, i don't know where to find this information...
Another information i haven't found in Oscam Webif if the Ping speed... / Ping all servers...

How are you doing Oscam server owner to sort good peers and bad readers with Oscam Webif please ?
And to determine the Ping speed of a reader ? (are you pinging each server manually time to time?)

Both of these 'features' are not in oscam, so it can't be done.
