need your help on the below

i tried to convert my condor 5599 XCI HDW to maxtor then to mvision hd 260 wifi , but i did had the surprise that the receiver is not working only red light is on

itried to flash it thru dump loader but did not work i received this message
(Please power on your STB.Open Serial Port..
Sync to serial port..

Get Client protocol version & chunk
Time out when read data!)

could you please help to resolve this
