Watching SKY Digital

Can I Receive the Free Channels of SKY Digital at 28.5 E with a normal digital receiver.
OR
What to do as Iam in India and I want to watch SKY Digital Channels

I also want the same channel plus Indian Channels & One Paki ARY Digital....
Does Anyone have few Firmwares etc ??

Sadly I think you can forget about Sky @28.5e, you are just to far to the East and South of the Footprint of the Astra 2 / Eurobird Satellites.



This is the 'Footprint for the Eurobird 1 (EutelSat) which is also at 28.2e it also caries Sky Transponders.


As you can see the Signal only goes out to Easter Europe and parts of Russia, and Inda is nowhere to be seeon on these Maps...
