Yes, you can if you have the right SID for these channels.
Rai1 - Sid: 2139,
Rai2 - Sid: 2140,
Rai3 - Sid: 2141.
Rai4 - Sid: 2142.
If you can change the Sids in the emu logic you can keep watching the Rai channels in Seca encryption, otherwise all ecms you can capture will be Nagra3.

Are you aware that the RAI channels have recently changed frequency? The new frequency for RAI 1, 2 and 3 is 10992 VERTICAL and SYMBOL RATE 27500. This is the same frequency as RAI 4. There is nothing wrong with the keys they work fine. Have you put in the keys for JULY? Please check that you have the right frequency for RAI and double check that the correct keys have been entered. Regards.
