How to update Topfield TF5000CIP?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I have been reading the threads on here but couldn't find a direct answer to my question, or the answers given were confusing to me.

I am in the United Kingdom and own a Topfield TF5000CIP. I wish to update the transponder lists/frequencies on the Topfield so I can run a complete up-to-date channel scan on the satellites I can receive (such as Astra 2 and Hotbird). I know I can go on a website , view the latest transponders/frequencies and enter them in manually from the Topfield box, but is there a faster, easier way to do this?
