Hi group,

I cannot upgrade the firmware of my Starsat X-4000D. This is quite new. I did changed the firm many times and know the procedure.

Now, I have tryed with 2 different laptops and got always the message that there is no communication with the Com Port.
I tryed my cable between my Startsat and other receiver (slave/master) and communication was, in this situation, OK.

Is it related to the Alumin version? I have tried different versions... always same bad message

I'm lost. Is there any think I should do or try?
