Considere that a 600Cable is the same as 600Sat. so you can use all tuto's dreambox.

Input in decimal (so far).

Changes /var/keys/SoftCam.key accordingly.

Gets installed into: menu -> Extensions -> Swiss-Cablecom-Key Changer

May test it out, and give comments.

You could find the list for your region were you leave on UPC Web site.
For example in romandie for me, TeleClub is not available even by official monthly paid registration.
