I have sucessfully configured Cine S2 with unicable. My setup is not as yours though - I'm using a satellite Dish and have an inverto Quad LNB with unicable support.
Anyway, I think your problem is that the Frequencies you have (1864, 1980 and 2096 MHz) does not match the switch you used when you configured your unicable reception in the DVBCineConfig program. The Spaun SUS 5581/33 NF have 8 slots and only the last two slots have the frequencies 1980 and 2096.
You can try this:
I have created a custom SCIFDataBase.xml file with only one "Manufacturer" with 3 ports having your frequencies.
See the attached file. You have to unpack it and Place it in this folder:
C:\Program Files\DigitalDevices\DVB-Utils
This file will override the default list that is present inside the DVBCineConfig.exe program.
Then run the DVBCineConfig program and select the "Single Cable reception" option. Select the manufacturer called "My Slots" (should only be that one to select). Finish the configuration. Now the Cine S2 cards should be configured with your frequencies.
