Dm500 auto start newcs + mgcamd

Is there a way to automatically start newcs + mgcamd on a dm500 so that when it reboots, i dont have to telnet into it manually and start it...

when i reboot mine and its on the cam it reboots back onto the cam and
comes back on. must be script missing or something
