Bis tv 0500 v4 card blocked!

I have recently had my BISTV card blocked & was told by the supplier due to card sharing when I asked why my prepaid card stopped after a month although I paid for 1 year. Am I missing something here this is the first time that I had any of my Viaccess cards blocked?

I have ordered a new card from a different supplier & wanted to know if I am missing anything before I run it again in KPCS.

Kindly PM technique on how to protect 0500 BIS TV card from being blocked
