    Is it possible like this?

Hello. I have no internet connexion, I have 2 dvb cards one of them for receiving channels, is it possible to make the other one as a decoder (w3 or w6...)
if yes, what is the software or plugin for that?

    and thank you.

Is it possible to make the second card to get data from (sharing satellites like w3, w6) to decrypt channels ?

Hello, we today know that receivers have a decoder inside to decrypt channels using sat 7E, 21.5E or 12.5W ...

the same thing Im looking for!

I want to use my first (skystar2 hd) card to receive channels, and my second (skystar2) card to get keys to decrypt channels using sat 7E, 21.5E or 12.5W ...

This is my question, and thank you.
