Canal + HD Problem

I use a dreambox 500C HD with Cablecom (Swisscable). Everything works fine, but I do not see the Canal + HD channel. I fully get to see Canal + no-HD, Canal + Sport HD etc ...

The error message is: "Service unavailable Check Tuner configuration".
