How monitor Oscam with [monitor] configuration section (not webif)

Hi, I would like to know how I can monitoring oscam in server from my pc by the port with this configuration in oscam.conf (not with webinfo):

oscam.conf

[monitor]
serverip =
port = 988
aulow = 120
monlevel = 1
nocrypt = 192.168.1.20,192.168.1.1-192.168.1.255

oscam.users

[account]
user = monitor
pwd = mypassword
monlevel = 4
group = 1,2,3,4

The server is for example in 192.168.1.140 and my computer in 192.168.1.20

I was looking for instructions and try with udp client but I not could do it work.

Can you help me?

I know I can use Webinf, and I use it but but I prefer use other window application for complete monitoring .

I have found how monitoring, but I not found the version of MSCPMon or Micromon updated, you know which is the last version and where download it?
