Vivendi has completed the sale of its 20% stake in Numericable.

The company has received the first payment of €116 million from purchasers Altice.

A second payment of € 1.9 billion is due on April 7, 2016.

Vivendi has been linked with a series of potential acquisitions including Mediaset, Sky and Lagardere.
