Which CCCam - CCCam 2.2.1 or CCCam 2.3.0 on Vu+Solo2 ViX Image

I have a Vu+Solo2 box with ViX Image. I have 2 CCCams versions simultaneously on the same box - CCCam 2.2.1 and CCCam 2.3.0.

1. Should I remove one of them.
2. I was told that CCCam 2.2.1 is better because of high speed and Picture clarity. Is it true? Or shall I keep both of them together?
3. Would I be able to add multiple entries from multiple servers in the C*.cfg file?
