Multiple versions of CCcam on VIX - Which one to choose from? Multiple CLines?

I have a VU+ box with VIX image. I have 3 CCcam softwares installed (Different versions of CCcam)? I read some where to keep the oldest cccam software and delete the newer ones for increased speed. Is this true?

Also I have Clines from multiple providers. If the decryption of a channel is not found on a particular CCcam server would it check go to the next entry ie. the next Cline in the CCcam.cfg file?
