Hi All

(I am almost certain that my DM800 is not a clone, but it was purchased for me so there is a slight chance.)

I have had my DM800 nearly five years and it has been faultless.
It has recently started being a problem to restart, it will not boot straight away, and has to be unplugged continually until it eventually boots.

Having searched this site (and others) for a solution, I decided I needed to Flash a new image.

I downloaded an image, purchased a Null Modem serial cable, and using DREAMUP started flashing.
After trying to flash my DM800 displayed ERRO1 NO CA FOUND

That is a very popular fault on the web, with lots of so called solutions that haven't worked.

If I use NCF repair tool it removes the error message, I then access the DM800's IP address and upgrade the image which all works until I reboot and then the error message reappears.

Has anyone actually had this problem and cured it?
