Diablo 2 Twin WiFi problem?

It's possible that a CAM DIABLO 2 TWIN WiFi new, have the MAC Address all at zero "0" (ie 00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00-00) and there are visible only one slot for smart card in the setting?
During the wifi scan, it can't find the AP located in the house !!
is this possible or is defective CAM?
Is it possible, with the CAS, re-enter the MAC Address and revitalize the CAM?

I had the same issue with my CAM and always solved with a Format and fresh FW install.
Since one week I again have this problem and I cannot solve it again...
