Copy IPK.bat In \MinGW-full-gcc-4.2.5-Dec-2010\MinGW\bin\
You Need To Copy control , debian-binary , folders In \MinGW-full-gcc-4.2.5-Dec-2010\MinGW\bin\ , Too
Then Run IPK.bat
You Can Add Other Folders By Editing IPK.bat , "folders" Is An Example
Use "chmod"  For Changing Attributes By Editing IPK.bat

Backup tool SSL82 Sim 2.10 - IPK GUI Install

Unpack the RAR file, you will get a ipk file.

Upload with FTP to /tmp

Install using "ipkg install" + name of file .ipk

You will have Backup Tool on Extensions/Plugins menu
