As it 'solves' what it calls deficiencies in the mobile video supply market, AerServ has reported significant gains in company momentum.
Claimed to be the only mobile-first video mediation platform, the company says that over the past 12 months it has increased the available supply of quality mobile video ad inventory, posting a growth rate of 300% in the sales of its in-app mobile video inventory. It adds that the performance increases have been helped by several key partnerships with established demand partners including AppNexus, PubMatic, Smaato and others.
The company believes that it has an opportunity of being one of the first of its kind to properly take advantage of the boom in online video. Even though consumers are increasingly spending more time watching video on mobile devices, it feels that advertisers have had challenges entering this arena. One key issue is sees is lack of access to quality inventory at scale. By integrating with the market's leading SSPs, AerServ is confident that it can expand significantly available mobile video inventory and enabling advertisers to reach consumers.
"We've seen tremendous growth in sales over the past year, and demand for our inventory is only increasing," commented AerServ CEO Josh Speyer. "Advertisers are realising that mobile video, and specifically in-app mobile video, is one of the most effective ways to engage with consumers. Through strategic integrations with industry leaders, we have continued to grow the number of buyers we are able to offer publishers across mobile video."
