Argentine-based consultancy Business Bureau is preparing a new BB.TV.DAY conference in Miami to look into changing viewing habits.

The event, to be held on 12 November, is the seventh of its kind, and intends to shed light on Latin America's pay-TV industry, analysing the influence of over-the-top (OTT) platforms, new audience habits - especially young viewers and trends like cord-cutting - and future challenges.

"We at Business Bureau understand we are in an era of disruption, in which digital youngsters and millennials are to lead media companies in the short term," explained Horacio Gennari, Business Bureau's president. "It won't be only about attitude, it will also be about knowledge and preparation. Companies which aren't ready, won't have space to grow."

The event intends to divulge Business Bureau's knowledge about the market, through reports, research, and direct experience working with companies like Turner Broadcasting, DirecTV, Viacom and Mindshare.

You can register for the event through the company's website until 2 November.
