Actuator motor jammed past its limit

Hi all ,

I was messing around with my Echostar AD3000ip which is on a motorized dish using an actuator connected to an 80cm dish and accidentally got it stuck on its east limit (actuator bar is at full length). Now its stuck and have no clue how to "unjam it". I had it set up by a friend and do not really know alot about the actual workings.Any advice will be appreciated, and willing to learn.

I am sure that you can just unhooh the end off the dish and put a screwdriner or somthing in the end and unwind it a bit. That should get it going again.
