Vietnam Cable Television (VTVcab) has secured the broadcasting rights for South Korea's K-League football for the next two seasons.
The pay-TV operator will air six live matches a week from now until 2017, and provide commentary and expert analysis.
The tournament comprises 12 clubs in K-League Classic and 11 in the K-League Challenge, and runs from March to December each year.
Its origins are in the Korean Super League, which was inaugurated in 1983 with five member clubs. The K-League emerged from the now defunct Super League in 1998.
VTVcab also owns rights to air the world's leading football tournament including UEFA Champions League, Europa League, English Premier League, Spain's La Liga, Germany's Bundesliga, Italy's Serie A and France's Ligue 1.
