Olympusat launches Spanish-language Halloween programming

US TV distribution specialist Olympusat has announced a slate of Halloween programming across its standard definition (SD) and HDTV Spanish-language networks.
Stations such as Cine Mexicano, Gran Cine, Tele N, Ultra Clásico, Ultra Film, Ultra Mex, Ultra Cine and Ultra Macho will air more than 20 classic films within the genre during Halloween. These include Muñecas Ciegas on Cine Mexicano; Los Infectados on Gran Cine; Santo y Blue Demon Contra el Dr Frankenstein, Tele N; La Horripilante Bestia Humana with Ultra Clásico; Mentes Criminales for Ultra Mex; and Paciente 27 on Ultra Cine.
"Olympusat's goal is to always cater to our viewers, and with this great Halloween programming, I know that it will excite our audience and leave them entertained," commented Arturo Chavez, SVP of Hispanic networks at Olympusat. "Halloween and Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) is a very important celebration for our Hispanic audience," he added.
Olympusat's Spanish-language networks are distributed throughout the US and Puerto Rico across all major cable operators such as Comcast Xfinity, DIRECTV, Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications, Verizon FiOS TV, AT&T U-Verse, Cablevision Optimum, Choice Cable and Claro.
The company owns over a hundred SD and HDTV Spanish and English language television networks. Recently it complemented its cable offerings with VEMOX white-label and turnkey over-the-top (OTT) solution, available in the US and Latin America in partnership with Viaccess-Orca.
